Coined the local watering hole, this Santa Fe tavern has uncomplicated food and well-crafted margaritas that gives Del Charro the right to maintain this honor.  The atmosphere is energetic and fun, with a warm and welcoming vibe.  And their Veggie and Grain Burger is a bargain at only $5, but of course we suggest adding green chile to enhance the deliciousness.

We give the undisclosed spiced meatless burger two thumbs up.  By no means is this a bland patty.  You will get the satisfaction of a juicy burger without the guilt.

Plaza Cafe
We love a genuine diner.  The Plaza Cafe has that quintessential charm with cozy booths, black and white tile floor, and an atmosphere that is alive and bustling.  Located directly on the famed Santa Fe Plaza, this haunt has been dishing up fine traditional New Mexican, classic American, and Greek fare since 1947.

If you are craving a flavorsome burger enjoy the incomparable Turkey Basil Burger.  The herbs and spices, along with the perfect hints of fresh basil, make this dish standout.  Juicy, lean, and mouthwatering, I can guarantee that you will be dreaming about this impeccable turkey patty over and over.

This Santa Fe restaurant is located in The Inn and Spa at Loretto, a beautiful pueblo-styled hotel maintaining local charm and comfort.  Their amazing chef, Brett Sparman is a saint in a white coat.  His Green Chile Burger is cooked to order with secret spices and mouthwatering toppings that melt together creating a delightful combination. The green chile is just hot enough so that you know it’s there, but not too hot that is overpowers the meal.
